Theodore H. Watts

Bio: In 1970, Attorney Watts was admitted to the Bar in the Commonwealth             of Pennsylvania. In 1971, he was admitted before the US Court of                     Military Appeals and US Army Court of Military Review. He served with             the US Army JAGC as a Captain from 1971 to 1978. Upon completion of         his service in the United States Army, Attorney Watts entered private                 practice in Meadville, PA, with Watts and Pepicelli, PC. Attorney Watts               currently serves as Solicitor for a number of organizations within the               community.

Bio: Born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on June 11, 1954. Resides in Meadville            with his wife, Mary Ellen. Mr. Pepicelli has been admitted to practice                before all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of                                Pennsylvania since 1979. He has practiced law with Ted Watts for the              last 37 years, and in 1991, he and Ted Watts formed the Law Firm                      currently known as Watts and Pepicelli, P.C. Mr. Pepicelli also served in            the Public Defender for Crawford County in the early 1980’s. 

Over the last 37 years, Mr. Pepicelli has handled hundreds of personal injury and death claims, and has served frequently as an arbitrator in uninsured and underinsured motorist cases. Mr. Pepicelli is an active member and past President of the Crawford County Bar Association, and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (President’s Club), the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association), and the American Inns of Court, Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter, (President 2013-2015; Executive Committee 2011—Pres.). Mr. Pepicelli was the recipient of the Meadville Tribune Reader’s Choice Award for Best Attorney in 2010, 2015 and 2016.

Christopher D. Ferry
Education: Duquesne University, J.D. (1991); Edinboro University of                                       Pennsylvania, B.S. (1987).
Bio: Chris has experience in handling a wide variety of matters including civil         litigation, real estate, business law, family law, juvenile dependency law,           criminal law, and mental health law. Chris currently serves the Crawford           County Court of Common Pleas as a Divorce Master and Mental Health           Review Officer. Chris is admitted to practice before all Commonwealth             of Pennsylvania administrative courts, trial courts, and appellate courts.         Chris is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court         for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Chris serves on the board of               directors of various non-profit entities in northwestern Pennsylvania.
 Practice Areas: Chris has a civil litigation practice that includes the                                               representation of clients in real estate disputes, contract                                     disputes, tax assessment challenges, commercial disputes,                               and business disputes. Chris has a transaction practice that                               includes the representation of clients in commercial real                                     estate transfers, liquor license transfers, business asset                                       transfers, business share transfers, sheriff sales, tax sales,                                 and judicial sales. Chris prepares deeds, contracts, and                                       documents related to business entity formation. Chris                                         reviews documents for clients involved in oil and gas                                           transactions. Chris represents clients in family law matters                                 outside of Crawford County.  

Joseph J. Ferguson

Bio: Attorney Ferguson joined the law firm of Watts and Pepicelli, PC. He is             admitted to practice in all courts in Pennsylvania. He is also a member             of the Northwestern Pennsylvania American Inns of Court, the                           Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Crawford County Bar Association.         Attorney Ferguson lives in Meadville with his wife, Leslie and his son. He         also volunteers at New Beginnings Church of God, with various                         Meadville area baseball programs and on the boards of local                             organizations.
