Born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on December 6, 1969.  Mark resides in Meadville with his wife and two sons.

Education

1992 B.A. Degree - St. Bonaventure University (cum laude)

1995 J.D. Degree - Duquesne University (magna cum laude)

Legal Career

In 1995 Attorney Stevens was admitted to the Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He was also admitted before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.  Attorney Stevens joined the law firm of Watts and Pepicelli in 1998 where he now practices in the areas of Criminal law, Personal Injury, Drugs and Narcotics, Insurance law, Products Liability, and Municipal law.

Prior to joining Watts and Pepicelli, Mr. Stevens worked for three years with Donald E. Lewis, Esquire doing criminal defense work.  Mr. Stevens currently serves as the Solicitor for Crawford County.  Mr. Stevens also serves as solicitor for various community organizations and non-profits such as West Mead Volunteer Fire Department and Crawford County Redevelopment Authority.
