Education

1967 B.A. Degree  - Waynesburg College

1970 J.D. Degree  - Duquesne University

Legal Career

In 1970, Attorney Watts was admitted to the Bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  In 1971 he was admitted before the U.S. Court of Military Appeals and U.S. Army Court of Military Review.  He served with the U.S. Army JAGC as a Captain from 1971 to 1976.

Upon the completion of his service in the United State Army, Attorney Watts entered private practice in Meadville, Pennsylvania, with Watts and Pepicelli, P.C.

Attorney Watts currently serves as Solicitor for a number of organizations within the community including
