Alan L. Pepicelli

Bio: Born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on June 11, 1954. Resides in Meadville with his wife, Mary Ellen. Mr. Pepicelli has been admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1979. He has practiced law with Ted Watts for the last 37 years, and in 1991, he and Ted Watts formed the law firm currently known as Watts and Pepicelli, P.C. Mr. Pepicelli also served as the Public Defender for Crawford County in the early 1980s. 

During the last 37 years, Mr. Pepicelli has handled hundreds of personal injury and death claims, and has served frequently as an arbitrator in uninsured and underinsured motorist cases. Mr. Pepicelli is an active member and past President of the Crawford County Bar Association and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (President’s Club), the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association), and the American Inns of Court, Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter, (President 2013-2015; Executive Committee 2011—Pres.). Mr. Pepicelli was the recipient of the Meadville Tribune Reader’s Choice Award for Best Attorney in 2010, 2015, and 2016.

Christopher D. Ferry
Education: Duquesne University, J.D. (1991); Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, B.S. (1987)

Bio: Chris has experience in handling a wide variety of matters, including civil litigation, real estate, business law, family law, juvenile dependency law, criminal law, and mental health law. Chris currently serves the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas as a Divorce Master and Mental Health Review Officer. Chris is admitted to practice before all Commonwealth of Pennsylvania administrative courts, trial courts, and appellate courts. Chris is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Chris serves on the board of directors of various non-profit entities in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Practice Areas: Chris practices criminal law (including DUIs) and civil litigation law; including real estate disputes, contract disputes, tax assessment challenges, commercial disputes, and business disputes. Chris also practices commercial/business law including entity formation, liquor license transfers, business asset transfers and business share transfers. He works with sheriff sales, tax sales, and judicial sales. And he offers general real estate law services including deeds, contracts, and documents related to residential and business, and oil and gas well rights transactions. Chris is currently the Crawford County Divorce Master; however, he can represent family law matters outside of Crawford County.
